Yes! All deliveries will acquire a fee. Delivery fees will be calculated based on your event zip code.

A $150 booking fee is required to secure your date. if you wish to cancel your scheduled event the booking fee is non-refundable.

ALL outdoor events will incur a $75 set-up fee The playground must be placed in a shaded area or a tent is required. You may use your own or rent one from us. Tent Canopy Rental -$75

We are based in the chicagoland area south suburbs. We service chicago it's neighboring cities and suburbs. We also travel to some parts of Northwest Indiana. Please contact us for any special travel requests.

We follow these simple & effective steps: 1. Inspect 2. Clean (soap and water) 3. Rinse 4. Dry 5. Sanitize with environmentally friendly disinfecting surface cleaners (this step is completed at your event after the final setup.) All equipment including (every ball pit ball) is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized before and after each event. We use a non-toxic cleaner that kills 99.9% of germs, bacteria, and viruses.

The final payment is due 72 HOURS before your scheduled event.

A last-minute booking is a booking less than 1 week of your event. If we are able to accommodate this booking full payment is required at the time of booking. along with a $50 rush fee. (Please Inquire)

This depends on the circumstances and setting of your event, each setting is different resulting in no one answer, however, most play zones are completed within 1-2 hours for setup and 45min - 1.5 hours for the breakdown but may require less or more additional time. We will coordinate this time frame when finalizing your booking request.

Absolutely! Adults may enter the play area (shoes off). We encourage parents to play and have fun with their children. Most importantly parents should supervise and support their children at all times.

If your security deposit qualifies, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 1-2 business days after your event.
